Well, here we are…opening night!
I can’t believe it’s rolled around this quickly…oh wait a minute yes I can! Every minute of rehearsal time has been essential and has flown by in a second. And so on to tonight, this is when it all happens.
I worry that I won’t have the words tonight before the curtain opens, and if all goes well I certainly won’t have them afterwards, so just let me say now how proud I am to be part of The Moat Players. I’ve been in the group for 18 years but it’s been in my blood since I was born. That may not mean much to some, but to me it means so much.
To the cast and crew I say – break a leg and enjoy the next three nights, you deserve it.
To our audiences I say, boy are you in for a treat!
